During the "friendly" match between the United States and Brazil, Jermaine Jones takes out Neymar near the sidelines. Thankfully Neymar wasn't hurt. Really, there's no place for this kind of a tackle, especially in a friendly match. Jones got a yellow card but this could have easily been a red.
After the game, U.S. coach Jurgen Klinsmann said he wanted his players to play a bit more nasty and step on some toes from time to time. I'm guessing he forgot about this tackle by Jones.
Sure, it's good to play agressive and tackle hard, but taking someone's legs out from behind is just dangerous. And the game has to protect players like Neymar and Messi, who are just special and a joy to watch.
