Lionel Messi & Dani Alves Jugglings Skills

Watch Barcelona teammates Lionel Messi and Dani Alves warm up by volleying the ball back and forth to one another.

The two rarely let the ball even bounce on the ground as they control the ball with their chests or their thighs and juggle the ball a few times before volleying the ball back. And who said juggling the soccer ball doesn't help you in a real game? Need any more proof.

Update: And here's another video of Messi and Alves doing the same juggling/passing type warm up routine from thirty or forty yards away before their Champions League match versus Paris Saint Germain. Incidently, it was a Dani Alves volley like pass that led to the Messi's goal in the game.
