Robin Van Persie Scoop Turn

Reuters

While it's still up in the air as to where Robin Van Persie will play next year, there's no doubt he is one of the best players in the world and has tremendous skill on the ball. For example, check out this tutorial on Robin Van Persie's scoop turn. This move was also done by Denmark and Ajax player Christian Eriksen.

STEP 1
Pass or push the ball with the inside of your foot as shown so the ball travels forwards. This will make the defend think you are passing the ball.

STEP 2
With your non kicking foot, get on your toes and spin around so you are facing 180 degrees. Move your kicking foot to the back of the ball so it hooks around the ball. This will make the ball move and stop it travelling forwards.
