Tobin Heath Hand Ball

So, yeah, the United States women’s national teams got a few breaks on their way to winning the gold medal in the Olympics.

And I’m
not saying they don’t deserve it, they fought hard to win the gold, but it’s just that they were given a few calls the past few games that certainly helped them. They earned a penalty kick in the semi-final game against Canada when a player was struck by the ball, and not as clearly as in the final match when Tobin Heath clearly and oddly block the ball with her entire arm. What in the world was she thinking?
