Now back in Brazil playing for Flamengo, Ronaldinho makes his teammate look pretty silly: first controlling the soccer ball out of the air with incredible touch and then nutmegging his so called teammate with ease. Ronaldinho will go down in soccer history as one of the greats. He brings so much joy and fun to the game that players and coaches and pundits often forget is what soccer is all about in the end.
However, is it really that embarrassing to get humiliated by Ronaldinho? I think it’s probably all too common if you play against the man or on his team. And, you have to say, the player walked right into it, as he slowly wandered over to Ronaldinho as he was juggling the ball.
As most have said or are saying after watching this video: yes it’s a shame that Ronaldinho is not playing in Europe for a top club. He is such an amazing player you’d hope is career on the big stage isn’t over just yet. We all wish we could see the Ronaldinho who played for Barcelona once again.
