Ashley Cole was even in awe of Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s amazing forty yard volley for the LA Galaxy. And Cole has seen a lot of great goals scored during his time with Arsenal and Chelsea in the EPL. But Cole’s face says it all, just in disbelief almost that Ibrahimovic scored such an incredible goal in his first game for LA.
Cole of course would then go on to whip in a cross for Ibrahimovic to head home for the game winner as they Galaxy came from behind to win 3-2 in Zlatan’s debut. And I love how you can see the Cole’s captain’s arm band in the photo too. But it’s all about Cole’s face – one of amazement and so happy that Zlatan is playing for his team.
If Ibrahimovic needs or want a new tattoo, maybe Ashley Cole’s face in awe of his goal would be a perfect one…
