Should Dutch keeperMaarten Stekelenburg have saved this? Forlan rips the ball with his left foot and the ball looks to be moving in the air but if Stekelenburg would have stood his ground he might have been able to tip this shot over the bar. Instead, it looks like he’s guessing the ball is going right and makes a move there before trying to recover and tip the ball over the bar. Either way though, Diego Forlan knows how to shoot the ball with both feet. Then again, did the adidas Jabulani ball have something to do with this? Maybe the ball moved a bit more than usual. Poor goalkeeping, great shooting ability, or the new adidas ball: you decide.
