The French warmup routine. Just gives you an idea of what kind of soccer drills you can do before a game. Something where you are stopping and starting–where there’s a change of pace taking place in the drills which is what a game is like. It’s key though to not start moving too fast during any warm up. Get the blood flowing and a bit of a sweat going while you add in some stretching. Slowly building up to where your players are able to sprint at full speed.
