I mean that’s a pretty big chunk of money for the OL Reign players, right. $10,000 is a nice sum of money when you’re not making nearly enough, especially compared to MLS players. The average salary in the NWSL is roughly $40,000 per year, so a bonus of $10K will be a welcome supplement to many of the OL Reign’s earnings. For Megan Rapinoe though making $447,000 per year the bonus is certainly nice but not as crucial for some of the other players on the Reign’s roster. Still insane though when you look at what Pulisic makes per week.
