STEP 1
Pass or push the ball with the inside of your foot as shown so the ball travels forwards. This will make the defend think you are passing the ball.
STEP 2
With your non kicking foot, get on your toes and spin around so you are facing 180 degrees. Move your kicking foot to the back of the ball so it hooks around the ball. This will make the ball move and stop it traveling forwards.
