Soccer players wives. I was somewhat hesitant to put this together, but there’s a certain level of curiosity about the top soccer players in the world. What shoes they wear. Where they live. Who they’re married to or dating. What cars they drive. Their favorite foods. How big of a house they live in. The list goes on and on for how much attention world class football players get. And who they are married to, is near the top of the list of what soccer fans want to know.
Nowadays, with MTV’s cribs and gossip magazines and blogs touting what everyone’s doing, we get a glimpse of the lives of celebrities from nearly every angle. Posh Spice, Victoria Beckham, is the most famous wife of a soccer player who I’m sure you’ve heard of and seen plenty of. But in England and Europe there’s a whole new WAGs (Wives and Girlfriends) culture that’s getting more attention. They even have a TV show about this in England, a fictional account of the lives of footballers and their wives.
