Xavi, Iniesta & Busquets Juggling
What’s great about this video is how they’re controlling the soccer ball, not the other way around. They’re kicking the ball high in to the air, to challenge themselves and make it more game like, but they’re still juggling with such ease. It’s also interesting how they use the inside of their foot to control the soccer ball in the air sometimes.

Xavi Hernández, Andrés Iniesta and Sergio Busquets were warming up for a training session earlier this year at the Ciutat Esportiva. They decided to see how long they could keep the soccer ball in the air by passing the ball amongst themselves, but touching the ball with both feet each time. The result was captured on video and makes for incredible viewing.

Trying out ball tricks like this is nothing unusual in football/soccer. It’s the kind of thing you’ll see people doing in playgrounds all around the world. But rarely, if ever, will you see the exercise performed so exquisitely as Xavi, Iniesta and Sergio do in the video below. Their level of ball control is simply staggering.

TOP Jugglings Skills – Xavi, Iniesta & Sergio Busquets

How long will they be able to keep going? And what about you and your friends? Let’s see how many times you and your teammates can juggle the soccer ball! But like these Barcelona soccer stars, put rules or restrictions on in the juggling game, like you have to use your left foot or you have to juggle with both feet before returning the ball to your teammate.

Have fun with this juggling game and see how many times you can juggle the soccer ball back and forth in the air. At first it might be hard but soon you’ll get the hang of it – just keep trying. If you work on your juggling skills for ten minutes every day in a few weeks you’ll have made great strides and improvements.
