Here are some great soccer warm up and agility exercises: A dynamic warm-up puts your body through multiple movements in different planes of motion that target the muscle groups you will likely use refereeing. This type of warm-up is also designed to push your body past its normal range of motion so you can better respond to the physical demands of live action. This video is the first of a four part series that focuses on agility movements designed for your lower body.
