Amazing Back Heel Pass

This is a hard trick to start with, but once you get co-ordinated you will find it easy.

STEP 1
Step in front of the ball with the foot you wish to use to back heel with. I choose my weaker foot, but its up to you.

STEP 2
roll the ball with your other foot behind your standing leg.

STEP 3
transfer your body weight and use your heel to kick the ball backwards. It will feel strange to start with.

Tip – Lean forwards
