Barcelona La Liga Champs

Barcelona probably would have bounced back and still won the game, but that was quite an amazing block by Carlos Puyol after just four minutes. If Valladolid had gotten an early goal the game might have been different.

But, as it turns out, the luck whether earned or not went Barcelona’s way, as Pedro got the first goal after his shot/cross went in off the Valladolid defender. Pedro would get another goal and then Messi would grab two himself. If there’s a player who has made a huge impact this year for Barcelona it is Pedro. In just his first La Liga season he has scored some big goals. Cheers to Barcelona for playing beautiful soccer all year long and capping it off with the league trophy.
