Pulisic comes off the bench for Chelsea and wins it. A game winner for Pulisic. His ability to strike the ball with both feet comes into play here as he slots the ball home with his left foot. A calm finish. I really don’t know if Pulisic has a favored foot. All that time growing up working with both feet enables him to score this game winner for Chelsea.
I think Pulisic needed this goal just as much as Chelsea. He’d been sort of benched due to Timo Werner good form and wasn’t getting as much time as usual. And when he came on late against Real Madrid in the Champions League he missed a few chances. Plus, there were those missed chances for the United States, one being a almost sitter versus Mexico.
Pulisic comes on at 76 minute for Werner and scores.
Alonso surged down the left and his cross picked out the USMNT star who slotted home brilliantly across goal to send Stamford Bridge wild. Watch the Pulisic game winner in the video below. I think this might be Pulisic’s first for Chelsea.
GOAL BY PULISIC!
