| Never walk alone with Dempsey if you’re a Liverpool fan. Clint Dempsey scores again for Fulham, this time wrapping up the game with a simple give and go after Liverpool had lost two players to red card; one red card after a hard challenge against Dempsey.
It seems Dempsey always has a good time playing against Liverpool; his first goal for his Fulham side was against Liverpool and enabled Fulham to stay up in the Premier League a few years ago. Dempsey’s goal comes at the end of the video below. With the loss of Charlie Davies, the U.S. national team is going to need to get goals from Dempsey if they hope to have any success in the World Cup. So far, it looks like he’s in form to just do that but the Cup is still over six months away. |
