Clearly Manchester United’s Mason Greenwood is underrated in world football. There was talk that Mason Greenwood didn’t fit in with Cristiano Ronaldo. But it seems like I’ve seen Greenwood setup Ronaldo for goals on a few occasions. Greenwood though can not only score goals but he has a good awareness for the game and is unselfish. And he is just twenty years old! He’s got speed and skill and a savviness for the game of football.
Greenwood has been compared to former Manchester United forward van Persie: “Robin van Persie has suggested Mason Greenwood is copying his technique at Manchester United, while predicting he will have a bright future at the club“. I think Greenwood might be more like Real Madrid’s Karim Benzema, which is a bit lofty of a comparison right now….however, Greenwood has the chance to learn from Ronaldo and Cavani and other veteran Manchester United players.
It might not seem like much at first glance but Greenwood receives the ball and turns in the box but sees Fred open and lays the ball back perfectly for him to strike first time.
Manchester United get their goal!
Fred with the wonderful finish to give United the 1-0 lead.

For a player so young though will Manchester United get him enough time on the pitch? And how can he get enough time on the pitch with some many other brilliant forwards currently at Manchester United, from Marcus Rashford to Edinson Cavani to Anthony Martial and of course Ronaldo.
Mason Greenwood cuts in from the right wing and blasts a long-range strike into the top corner to put Manchester United in front of Leicester City.
