Kalamazoo Kingdom

The Kalamazoo Kingdom Soccer Team is in its 11th season competing in the United Soccer Leagues. The Kingdom has received United Soccer Leagues Organization of the Year award twice, and in 2002 Stephanie Keenan was named PDL’s Executive of the Year. The Kingdom continues to help develop Major League soccer players, including US National Team player Chris Klein.

Kingdom is proud of its reputation as a community-based team with the successful “KICKING FOR KIDS” outreach program that benefits underserved youth. Athletes and coaches in our organization are encouraged to participate in these programs to help them develop a sense of citizenship and ownership in our community.

Player development is the cornerstone of the Kingdom’s vision of advancing soccer in every community across Southwest Michigan. Since its inception in 1995, the Kingdom has led the way in creating positive environments focused on player development, from the age of 2 with the Micro Kickers program, all the way up to the professional level of the Kingdom, who play in the PDL.
