Carmel United will be hosting a ‘festival of soccer’ for U9 and U10 boys and girls teams from around the MidWest in September. This is a new event which will give U9 and U10 players the chance to play against similar competition and develop their soccer skills against players from different clubs.
We will have 2-3 brackets of teams in each age group and gender of likewise ability to ensure good quality games. If you have a strong group of players, put them into the top bracket and play other clubs stronger groups. If your team is a developing team and wants to play games in a less intesnse environment, enter your team into one of the other brackets.

The tournament is designed to help players find their college “home. This will be the fifth year of the Crossroads of America College Tournament. The tournament will host three age groups: U16, U17 and U18. College Coaches from around the country will view these players throughout the weekend. The college coaches will be provided with player profiles to assist them.
Each team will play three games during the tournament. Each game is 80-minute in duration. There will be four officials at each game to ensure quality both on and off the field. The games will be played at the Carmel Clay Community Soccer Complex. Our complex is located on the southwest side of Carmel, Indiana. We are conveniently located about 20 minutes from the Indianapolis Airport.
Fishers Halloween Classic – Fishers Soccer Club (http://www.fisherssc.org/)
The Fishers Halloween Soccer Classic is open to club travel teams who play a regular league schedule. All teams must be registered and in good standing with their affiliated association. Permission-to-travel forms, validated player passes with photos & player signatures, official team rosters, parent-signed team waiver and notarized medical release forms will be required of all teams in the Classic.

The Fusion Fall Festival has been a fall tradition in Hendricks County for many years. It has also been known as the Octoboofest, Haunted Bridge Classic and a variety of other nicknames. It began as a joint collaboration between the Avon Soccer Association and the Brownsburg Soccer League. In the spring of 2006, the two leagues voted to merge and become the Fusion Soccer Academy, thus joining forces on all fronts, not just for the tournament.
Fusion Fall Festival 2008 is ready to welcome back all 134 teams who participated last year and welcome any new teams that would like to give us a try.
Hoosier Cup Indoor Soccer Tournament
The Evansville Crush Semi Pro Arena Soccer Team is excited to
announce that they will be hosting the Inaugural Hoosier Cup Indoor
Soccer Tournament on Saturday, October 9th and Sunday, October
10 at Metro Sports Center in Evansville. This two day, double
elimination tournement will consist of 8 teams from all over Indiana,
battling for the first ever Hoosier Cup crown. Teams will consist of
adults, 18 and up.
The entry fee for this tournament is $250 per team and it is first come,
first serve for the first 8 teams to enter.
“We are thrilled to be hosting this event”, Crush Owner and President
Chip Rossetti said. “This is a great way to introduce the fans in
Evansville to the exciting game of arena soccer, before our regular
season starts.”
Each team in the tournament is guaranteed two games, with the top two teams meeting up in the Hoosier Cup Championship on Sunday afternoon.
Admission to the two day event is free to all fans.

Tournament sanctioning helps to ensure a safe, fun, age-appropriate environment and is a benefit both to member clubs and to tournament participants. The Evansville Soccer Club we would like to extend to you and your club an invitation to participate in the 9th Annual Veterans Invitational Soccer Tournament this Fall in Evansville, Indiana on November 6th and 7th (Girls Weekend) or November 13th and 14th (Boys Weekend), 2010.
Last year’s tournament brought in some of the most competitive clubs in the Mid-West, 300+ teams from 9 states and we anticipate this year’s event to be even stronger. Most age brackets will have a premier and classic division providing a competitive opportunity for every team. The Veterans weekend tournament truly is an invitational tournament. It is our intent as the host organization, Evansville Soccer Club, to provide quality play at quality facilities. Our Goebel Soccer Complex is the talk of Indiana Youth Soccer. Having recently hosted the Indiana State Cup Tournament, it is a state-of-the-art facility with professionally designed Bermuda fields including 6-lighted fields and a championship synthetic astro-play stadium field. Evansville, Indiana sits on a East/West, North/South corridor of a hotbed of good soccer.
We anticipate teams from Indiana, Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Missouri, Michigan, Arkansas, Alabama, Iowa and Wisconsin to participate. Several major clubs in those areas have already committed to playing. Veterans Day weekend promises to be a great opportunity for teams to conclude their fall season or to use as preparation for upcoming showcase events. Either way, we pledge to put on a tournament of the highest caliber.
SPECIAL NOTE: U12 teams….the VIT will be trying to have TWO playing options….Our state association, IYSA, is allowing us to play 11 v 11 and 8 v 8 in the U12 age group. We will be looking for U12 teams to put a note in the comment box letting us know if they wish to play 8v8 OR 11v11.
