Bettendorf Soccer Association Annual October Fest Soccer Tournament (http://www.bsasoccer.org/tournaments.html)
All players must be USYSA registered for 2008. A maximum of three guest players allowed are allowed. All players must have a valid and current USYSA player pass. U-9 and U-10 will play 6×6 in accordance with Iowa rules. Teams playing 8×8 in their State can roster up to 12 players for 6×6. U-10 teams that play the 8×8 format should register as a U_11 team for the tournament. We will bracket you according to skill level for 8×8 play.

College Search Kickoff (CSK)

A nationally recognized invitational showcase for youth soccer players getting ready to enter their junior or senior year in high school. USA and Canadian U16, U17 and U18 club and league select teams registered for the current 2005-2006 seasonal year are eligible to apply. Geographic diversity will be considered. Once accepted, teams will be classified as CSK U19. This is a showcase. No teams can advance and no awards are given. Three (3) 90-minute games are guaranteed. Unlimited substitution is allowed to maximize college-scouting exposure for the players. Maximum roster size is 18 players with a limit of three 2006 high school graduates. CSK will be held Aug 3-4 (Girls) and Aug 5-6 (Boys), 2006 at Muscatine, IA.

Des Moines Menace

All Menace hosted tournaments are held at the James Cownie Soccer Complex in Des Moines, IA. The Des Moines Menace will host three major tournaments at the complex: MMI(Menace Midwest Invitational) in May, JFG(Just For Girls) The Midwest Premier Cup in April, which is rated one of the top women’s tournaments in the Midwest and the JFG Fall Invite in September. Cownie has been the host of US Youth Regionals and US Youth Nationals.

We currently host two tournaments a year. One at the end of June called the Great Balls of Fire Tournament. The other is in September and called the Fall Okoboji Classic. The Great Balls of Fire tournament is three years old and we hosted 32 teams from a three or four state area this past season. The Fall Okoboji Classic held its inauguration this past September. We hosted 14 teams for this event. Both tournaments are open to any team interested in playing.
