Somewhat reminiscent of the Nike Brazilian airport commercial from a few years ago, except this time Manchester United players are actually up in a plane having a kick around while in flight. Nearly the whole team makes an appearance, from Paul Scholes to Dimitar Berbatov to Patrice Evra. Ryan Giggs might be the only player I didn’t see in the ad? At the end of the video, Wayne Rooney, whose days at Manchester United might be rather unbelievably numbered, nearly volleys the ball into the head of Sir Bobby Charlton. Thankfully, Edwin van der Sar comes to the rescue and sticks a hand out to block the ball. However, I say the ad would have been even better if Rooney almost volleys the ball into the head of Sir Alex Ferguson. That would have been more timely at least, considering the current Rooney leaving news and maybe harks a bit back to when Ferguson kicked a shoe and hit David Beckham in the head. Good ad nonetheless though, take a look.
