De Zeeuw Kicked in the FaceThe Dutch midfielder Demy De Zeeuw, who came on for the suspended Nigel De Jong, takes a boot right to the face as Martin Caceres tries to connect with a bicycle kick. De Zeeuw left the match at halftime and Rafael Van der Vaart came on, but I think that was more of a tactical change and not because De Zeeuw was injured. Sure does look bad though.
Was this boot to the face worse than the one Sergio Ramos took against Paraguay? Update: De Zeeuw is getting x-rays and may have broken his jaw. |
