| Who is Gabriel Obertan? Manchester United has plenty of money now, what with the $130 million dollar transfer fee they collected from Real Madrid for Cristiano Ronaldo, and they’ve started to make some new signings with 20 year old French star Gabriel Obertan set to join the Red Devils.
Obertan is a French U-21 international and has the look and gliding dribbling style of Thierry Henry. It will be interesting to see who comes out ahead in four or five years in Cristiano Ronaldo trade. So far, looks like Manchester United and Alex Ferguson are using the pile of money wisely. Sure, nobody can replace Ronaldo, but if Manchester can add a few high quality young football players maybe they can make up some of the difference.
