Karel Poborsky Goal

Poborsky single handedly counter attacks and scores all on his own. This is when he played for Benfica and it’s against Braga in the Portuguese Championship from 1998. It’s one of those classic goals where a player takes the ball and drives down the field with the sole intent of scoring for his team no matter what. Or that’s at least how it seems. He tops off the initial nutmeg with a burst of speed, then a few sharp cuts, and finally a very well placed shot.

Not sure what the music is towards the end, might want to turn the volume down if not off.

Poborsky Chip

Poborsky is probably best know for this amazing chip shot in the Euro Championship against Portugal. It’s more like a scoop shot – take a look.
