Learn Pienaar Pull Back Turn

381 0

This is the Steven Pienaar Turn (Everton, Tottenham) as used against Bosingwa (Chelsea) in the premier league recently

Step 1
Roll ball back behind standing leg and tap it behind using the inside of the foot.

Step 2
Stop/catch ball with the other foot by transferring body weight and changing feet quickly

Step 3
Roll the ball back across hopping with the other foot forward. This will make the ball travel behind the hopping foot, protecting the ball from the defender.

Don’t forget to sprint away from the player you have turned

Keep practicing
