Arsenal goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny and defender Laurent Koscielny give Birmingham’s Obafemi Martins his easiest goal of his career. The goal, which came in the 86th minute, also gave Birmingham the 2011 Carling Cup trophy. What also stands out though is how Lee Boyer hits Koscielny on the back of his head after the goal is scored. I’m betting that Bowyer will earn himself another fine for this in the coming days. Take a look at the goal and then towards the end see Bowyer knocking Koscielny in the back of the head when he’s down on the ground.
Correction: According to Jack Wilshere, the person who slapped Koscielny wasn’t Bowyer but Barry Ferguson. Sorry about that Mr. Bowyer if we were incorrect. It’s really just hard to tell though who did it. |
