Musical Ball Dribbling

66 0

Field size: 30 yards by 20 yards

Number of players: full team

Age range: 8-10

Description: This is a good warm up drill. One player starts out without a ball while the rest of the team has a ball at their feet. Players start dribbling around in the playing area and then the coach calls out switch, and players then have to find a new ball. One player will again be left without a ball until the coach again calls out switch the next time, and he or she then must rush to find a ball.

Players have to react quickly, and exchange balls or take another players ball, before they’re the last one left without a ball.
