Pato Goal Versus Sweden

Pato’s first goal for Brazil is a beauty.  He chases the ball down and the keeper clears the ball right into him.  He picks up the loose ball and swings it into the goal without even looking.  A lovely bending shot into the open net.

 

Here’s what Dunga, the Brazilian national team coach, said about Pato:

‘But he’s a humble, modest person, he keeps working.’

‘He knows how to score a goal,’ he said. ‘Pato is in the style of Ronaldo, although he’s a bit more timid.
