Roberto Carlos Free Kick Demonstration

Roberto Carlos walks you through a free kick and gives you some advice. Carlos says to hang a shirt in the goal and try to strike the shirt. It’s not about power but the quality of the swerve and the strike overall. Carlos is of course most famous for his free kick in the World Cup that bent around the ball in an incredible manner that almost looked fake.

Roberto Carlos: “I believe that to be a good player in the future, you need to work hard from Monday to Monday.”
