I’d like to see Steve Nash go and try to play in the MLS after he’s won an NBA title or two, a la Michael Jordan trying his hand at baseball, but think Nash wouldn’t have any trouble smacking home some goals for the LA Galaxy or another MLS Team. Anything’s possible, right. And Steve Nash has a love for the game of soccer and the skills.
Here Nash is training with Inter Milan. I wonder if Nash played soccer for Santa Clara at all when he was in college…I know his family is all about soccer and Nash could have easily played pro soccer if he chosen it over basketball when he was young. He’s also tall for a soccer player, well over six feet, so he might be a good forward. |
