Beckham Talks After Galaxy Win

The game went back and forth and was stopped on two occasions when the power went out, but the Galaxy pulled out the win over the Houston Dynamo in overtime with goals from Gregg Berhalter and Landon Donovan. Houston had a goal disallowed when DeLaGarza was knocked over in the box on a corner and a foul was called. Many a referee might have missed it and the goal would have stood.

I’d like to hear from all of those journalists who were saying Beckham wasn’t good for the MLS. Beckham nearly scored off a free kick and it was his cross that helped set up the Berhalter goal. More importantly though, he puts his stamp on the game and demands more from his teammates.

What do you think Beckham is going to give Alan Gordan – what kind of gift? There was a bit of a scuffle after the game between Beckham and a few players, not sure what transpired. Some say Beckham was just trying to shake hands and someone took offense or didn’t want to shake his hand.

Who is going to win the MLS Cup? Real Salt Lake beat Chicago in a penalty shoot out to book their place. No Blanco versus Beckham unfortunately.
