Antonio Cassano Surprise Volley

Cassano rips a volley and surprises the keeper from way out. The Italian forward has always had the ability and skill to become world class soccer player, but sometimes gets himself into trouble with his mouth. Fabio Capello, while he was coaching Cassano at Real Madrid, thought Cassano was more of cancer to the team than anything else. Here though Cassano shows his ability to strike the ball and the goal proved to be the game winner for Sampdoria.

The Juventus keeper, Antonio Chimenti, looks like he’d be perfect as the scary guy in some Walt Disney movie. Juventus is clearly missing Buffon in goal.
