Fernando Torres Goal Versus Barcelona

44 0

To say Chelsea’s Fernando Torres has had a rough past year or so is an understatement of epic proportions. However, that all might be forgotten after his breakaway goal in the Champions League semi-finals versus Barcelona.

What’s impressive though about the goal is how Torres takes the ball out of the air and drives right at goal. His first touch is perfect and it enables him to race away from any defenders and eventually around Victor Valdes. Just a fantastic goal, especially when you consider the struggles Torres has had, the big occasion, and the ease to which he scores.

Oh yeah, that’s announcer Gary Neville doing his attempt at a long drawn out goal call. It’s being called some sort of ‘orgasmic moaning’ by some.
