Kelley O’Hara’s New Move

Yes, even some of the best soccer players in the world make mistakes. Perhaps the best outside defender in the women’s game, Kelley O’Hara, tires to cross the ball but accidentally hits the ball with her other foot right before she strikes the ball.

O’Hara took it all in stride though, posting this video on her own Twitter feed, saying, “Everyone, you’re welcome.” I’m guessing in the next game when she goes to cross the ball the announcers might mention this mishap.

This Kelley O’Hara “fake” reminds me of Thierry Henry’s fake pass move….except for O’Hara it just didn’t come off so well let’s say.
