Pablo Osvaldo’s Overhead Kick

Not just an amazing goal but also a goal of major importance as it put Fiorentina into the Champions League and knocked AC Milan out.

The goal comes late in the video, towards the end, although well worth the wait. The cross comes in and Osvaldo jumps up try to win the ball or just get his head on it somehow. He ends up heading the ball to himself, and then pulls off a marvelous bicycle kick that ends up as the game winner.

The game was back and forth with the two keepers keeping both teams in the game. This goal is reminiscent of Rivaldo’s goal that also put Barcelona into the Champions League back in 2001.
