Casual Pep Guardiola

Casual Pep Guardiola. It’s his style. No team shirt or brand. In the top image, Pep Guardiola wears just a white t-shirt while managing his Manchester City side versus Chelsea in the English Premier League. I guess if you’ve won as many trophies and in as many countries as Pep Guardiola has you can wear a simple white t-shirt to coach the game.

Guardiola, as the Barcelona manager, as if there’s any other Pep you really care about, goes with a casual look during his clubs tour of America. A very casual almost Gap or Abercrombie & Fitch type of look, with a range of solid colored polo shirts and jeans and of course Nike tennis shoes.

In the match versus Manchester United Pep went with the blue shirt.

Yeah, this piece isn’t about soccer training, but from time to time we stray a bit from the main theme to hopefully offer up our reads a few laughs.

Pep is on a sort of vacation, so you can’t blame him for wanting to dress comfortably. And it was especially hot during some of these matches. But, you didn’t see Alex Ferguson in a T-Shirt and jeans.

I guess if there’s anyone who can get away with this sort of carefree look it’s Pep. Afterall, his team did win everything last year and have been called one of the greatest teams of all time.

What if it turns out that he just lost his luggage and had to quickly pick up a few outfits at the nearest mall?

During the match versus Hajduk Split at Poljud stadium in Split, Croatia, Pep want with the flannel.

Then of course Pep went with the pink polo shirt and what look like some kind of cargo pants with a bunch of pockets. This was for the Audi Cup versus Bayern Munich. I wonder what the Germans thought of Pep’s casual style.

Oh, and here are some of the actual jerseys he wore as a player. Pep Guardiola is the latest man to step into the BT Sport changing room and have a look at some of the kits that shaped his career – on and off the pitch.

Watch fashion icon and sometime soccer manager Pep Guardiola discuss what I wore. Guardiola is the king of casual style on the sidelines while he manages Manchester City.
